Position Title: Administrative Assistant/Associate
Location: Remote anywhere within Ohio
Reports to: Ohio State Director
Hours per week (average): 20
Overtime Status: Non-exempt
Term: Through 12/31/2025, with possibility of extension
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant/Associate's role is to provide administrative and operational support to help advance the project towards its strategic goals. Working alongside the Ohio State Director, this position plays a vital role in team resource management, meeting planning, as well as the execution of high-level convenings. Note: This position is currently structured as a 50% time position.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: The starting salary range for this position is $28,000-$30,000 (at 20hrs/ week) per year, commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience, capabilities, and skills, and in alignment with internal equity.
