What You Will Do
  • Technical Proposals & Project Support

    • Develop detailed technical proposals for HVAC and refrigeration system inquiries.

    • Engage in projects from conceptual and detailed design phases through installation and commissioning, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.

  • System Calculations & Specifications

    • Perform HVAC load calculations to determine optimal system capacity and requirements.

    • Write detailed specifications for systems and components in line with client requirements and class rules.

  • Testing & Reporting

    • Prepare system test procedures and technical documentation to validate performance.

    • Author comprehensive technical reports detailing findings, compliance, and recommended improvements.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather critical information and assess installation conditions.

    • Host meetings with clients and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear updates and innovative solutions.

  • Design Innovation & Review

    • Explore new products/technologies to differentiate Johnson Controls in the market.

    • Propose alternative design philosophies and arrangements to reduce energy consumption, installation costs, and long-term maintenance expenses.

    • Perform technical reviews of OEM designs to ensure strict compliance with client specifications before manufacturing.

  • Safety & Compliance

    • Adhere to health and safety requirements and best practices at all times, ensuring safe, efficient project delivery.

What We’re Looking For
  • Educational Background

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration (or equivalent).

  • Technical Skills

    • Knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and air conditioning systems.

    • Experience in HVAC or Mechanical Systems design.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and/or Inventor.

    • Solid capabilities with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
