Compensation: $85,000K -$100,000/year + commission

Now entering its eleventh year, RAINN Consulting Group has established itself as a leader in the field, and is looking to expand its reach with the addition of exceptional consultants.
About You
You are an experienced sales/growth professional seeking to apply your business development skills in an entrepreneurial environment in service of a mission you believe in. You have cultivated relationships with key clients in the past and are fluent in business development strategies, attuned to the needs and priorities of clients and prospects and at cultivating relationships that lead to closed pursuits and revenue. You are curious, creative, and an independent thinker, eager to engage across a variety of industries and sectors, including education, maritime, technology, athletics, youth-serving organizations, professional associations, and more.

Location + Travel
This is a fully remote position but does require a willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally. Travel is highly pursuit-dependent, but could be up to 75%.

RAINN Office Status
RAINN headquarters are based in Washington, DC. This position may be based regionally for someone whose residence is within the continental USA. Although this may be a remote role, it may require some periodic business travel to our DC offices for onsite meetings and training sessions.
Remote Work Requirements
RAINN employees are required to have a home office setup with a dependable high-speed internet connection. This must be sufficient to support all job-related tasks, including accessing systems, communicating with teams, and providing uninterrupted hotline services or administrative support.
