Job Details

This position is responsible for completing business optimization analysis and recommending solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs for NA customers. Works in conjunction with fellow BOG (Business Optimization Group) team members and sales, to develop systems recommendations to achieve desired customer benefit and targeted sales plan. Such recommendations and strategies will directly impact and increase the utilization of the appropriate Haemonetics solutions that reduce costs through improved efficiencies of staff and processes. Responsible to gain expertise on best practices within the industry to influence and educate blood product collection centers and hospitals through the utilization of Haemonetics products. This position is responsible to gather and assess customer data on, operations, and analyzing data to develop recommendations aligned to the customer site. This is a remote role with 50-75% travel across the US.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Assist clients with increasing the operational efficiency of their business practices with the goal of eliminating waste, increasing efficiencies, increasing throughput, and better utilization of staff and resources throughout the entire blood supply chain.
  • Apply lean methodologies and Value Stream Mapping tools, to map and analyze customer workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend potential solutions.
  • Utilize project management discipline and team management skills to recommend and facilitate improvements and enhancements to new or existing processes.
    Develop account / customer-specific recommendations, programs, and subsequent utilization and growth of Haemonetics product line.
  • Monitor customer account results, identify resolutions to problems and effectively partner with the sales and support team to resolve customer concerns or improve customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customer and Haemonetics staff on essential principles of Value Stream methodology.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 5 years of Lean Management or Process Improvement Facilitation required
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis and demonstrated competence using Excel or similar applications required
  • Experience in a clinical environment, plasma collection center operations, hospital blood bank, or transfusion management preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma familiarity required
  • Demonstrated software skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • MLS/MT, CLS, SBB License preferred but not required

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

The base salary range for this role is:

$74,643.00-$100,865.00/Annual
