Job description

Salary: P50,000 – P100,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM– 6PM EDT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Working experience in using Zendesk
  • Working experience in using any CRM tools (Epicor Eclipse experience is a huge advantage)
  • Must be Spanish Bilingual

What will you do?

  • Audit, review, source, process incoming online orders.
  • Data entry of vendor payables and tracking the status of purchases
  • Advising customers of status of their orders and addressing any concerns regarding their orders
  • Check Zendesk for pending or unassigned tickets and make sure all tickets are resolved within the day
  • Amazon Store order management
  • CRM management
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
