In this position, you’ll play a critical part in advancing Carbyne’s mission! Here's your chance to:

Manage and optimize our go-to-market projects, processes and other activities to ensure seamless integration and execution across marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. Your expertise in project management, process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will be pivotal in driving our mission forward.​ Part of the Carbyne GTM Team and reporting to the CMO, this position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.

🎯 Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

Project & Process Management

  • Oversee GTM projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.​
  • Manage change initiatives effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop, document, and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency across GTM teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies.​
  • Utilize analytics to monitor key performance indicators, generating insights that inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning & GTM Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies that align with Carbyne's business objectives.​
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure unified execution of GTM plans.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate product and feature roadmaps into actionable GTM plans, aligning timing, resources, and messaging with market readiness.
  • Facilitate regular GTM planning cycles, including goal setting, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives to refine future strategies.
  • Create and maintain GTM playbooks that outline workflows, key activities, roles/responsibilities, and best practices for scalable execution across teams.
  • Support sales planning and territory strategy by providing input on coverage models, capacity planning, and opportunity prioritization aligned to GTM objectives.
  • Partner with strategic alliances and partner marketing teams to ensure alignment of GTM activities with co-marketing efforts and joint campaigns.
  • Track and report on partner-driven GTM initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and inform future investments in partner channels.

Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Implement and maintain campaign operations, ensuring timely execution, performance tracking, and ongoing iteration of campaigns while coordinating cross-functionally with content, digital, and field teams.
  • Collaborate with XDRs and Sales Leadership to ensure proper lead flow, handoff processes, and feedback loops for continuous improvement of demand efforts.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to build campaign workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture tracks that support pipeline creation.
  • Develop and manage campaign dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and inform future investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement demand generation and ABM strategies that effectively target and engage key accounts.​
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns with GTM objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Drive the synchronization of demand generation activities, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals, messaging, and execution plans to achieve optimal results.
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to GTM goals and objectives, and in partnership with product marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure effective targeting and messaging consistency across all channels.

ROI Analysis & Channel Optimization

  • Develop standardized ROI reporting frameworks for GTM activities, including pipeline attribution, velocity, and conversion metrics across marketing and sales stages.
  • Conduct cohort analysis to understand campaign, channel, and persona performance over time and use insights to optimize spend and targeting.
  • Partner with finance and revenue operations to forecast campaign impact on pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall GTM goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance across digital, field, and partner channels, making recommendations for scaling or sunsetting based on cost-per-lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Recommend and implement tools or dashboards that enhance visibility into GTM performance and enable faster decision-making.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.​
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in GTM operations, sales operations, or marketing operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.​
  • Project Management: Proven experience in leading complex projects with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.​
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make strategic recommendations. Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms.​
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inform stakeholders at all levels.​
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.​
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.​
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.​

Industry Knowledge: Experience in public safety, government, or civic tech markets; familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and procurement in public sector organizations; knowledge of public safety technologies.
