eProductivity Software is hiring for a Professional Services Consultant – Accounting and Finance to join our Packaging Suite team. The successful candidate can be located anywhere in North America near an airport.
The Professional Services Consultant – Accounting and Finance will be responsible for providing professional services to new and existing eProductivity Software Packaging customers during software implementation focusing on the Accounting/ Finance segments. Services can include requirements gathering, analysis, solution configuration, training, and consulting. Services are provided both at client site and via phone, email and Internet. This position is a telecommute role and could be located anywhere within the US.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver professional services around the setup and use of eProductivity Software's Packaging Suite (including finance integration components)
- Provide ERP and industry specific knowledge transfer utilizing eProductivity Software consulting methodology and documentation.
- Provide end-user training to management, office, plant personnel.
- Be primary trainer for Accounting Setups and Workflow within the Packaging Suite.
- Ensure client issues are identified quickly, forwarded to the proper resources and resolved in a timely manner to ensure key project milestones are met
- Work with eProductivity Software clients to analyze and interpret business requirements, provide customized solutions within the core product while offering industry best practices.
- Assist teammates with issues to ensure project objectives are being met.
- Be an Ambassador of eProductivity Software
Job Requirements
- Prior experience with eProductivity Software Radius or Open Accounts preferred
- Packaging Industry experience and/or Accounting/ Finance experience required
- Excellent organizational, communication, written and problem-solving skills
- Possess 1 to 3 years+ experience with Accounting workflows including Job Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Experience with computer operating systems
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and obligations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Graphic Communications (Printing/Packaging), Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Travel expectation is up to 60 percent domestically
