Your Role
Delivers Results: Responsible for driving account top-line (NES) and margin (PC%) growth targets through the execution of strategic key account plans.
Sales Pipeline Expansion: Accountable for efforts to drive sales pipeline beyond the established ambition target. This will involve strategic account planning to identify and prioritize opportunities in collaboration with the market segment head, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Key Account Relationship Development: Cultivates world-class relationships with existing site-level contacts to enhance visibility and foster top-level Key Account engagement.
ADP Growth Initiatives: Leading efforts to develop new Adhesive Development Programs (ADPs) at target accounts by establishing strong technical relationships and driving ADP growth initiatives.
Sustainability Engagement: Prioritizes sustainability by building impactful relationships at Key Accounts to align with corporate sustainability goals and customer innovation roadmaps.
YOUR SKILLS
>10 years of experience in Chemicals Industry.
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or Technical Discipline.
Must be open to travel at a minimum 50% of the time.
Prefer someone located in the Northeast, Mid-West or in the Carolinas.
There will be some focus on supporting international customers, thus the need to be flexible with schedules to take calls and work with colleagues in Europe and Southeast Asia
MBA preferred. 5+ years of Key Account experience selling formulated solutions.
The salary for this role is $105,200.00 - $153,200.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
