Genesis is a European co-founding IT company from Ukraine and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming apps. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the United States, Europe, and Africa.

We are looking for a Middle/Senior SEO Specialist to join two of our projects—an AI Social Discovery project specializing in the creation of AI Companions, utilizing technologies ranging from highly engaging chats to state-of-the-art visual (video and image) generation, and an AI Dating startup.

Our goal is to grow existing organic traffic on our platforms, launch on new resources, and explore new ways to attract organic traffic.

About You

2+ years of SEO experience in Western markets.
Proven successful cases in highly competitive niches on Tier-1/2 markets.
Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Similarweb, Screaming Frog.
Experience in SEO process automation.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and hands-on work with WordPress.
English level at least Intermediate.
Experience with PBN networks is a big plus.
Strong expertise in various link-building strategies.

Will Be a Plus

Experience in team formation and management.
Work experience in English-speaking or other foreign markets.
Understanding of SEO in highly competitive niches (e.g., Dating).
Experience with Zennoposter and A-Parser.
Experience with Pinterest/Reddit/etc.

What You Will Do

Developing and implementing SEO strategies for website launches.
Full-cycle on-page and off-page optimization.
Competitor analysis and strategy adjustments.
Keyword research and preparing content briefs for copywriters.
Finding new backlink sources and content ideas.
Close collaboration with the link-building and copywriting teams.
