Job Details

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains and wholesalers to achieve business objectives
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Set individual performance targets for each pharmacy chain/stakeholder and monitor progress towards those targets
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize channel presence and product offerings
Propose strategic and tactical initiatives to meet agreed targets
Provide valuable market insights to inform marketing planning and strategy development
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or FMCG company, with established working relationships in pharmacy chains
Experience in the drogerie or food channel is a plus
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
Excellent presentation skills and a leadership-oriented mindset
A proactive personality with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong affinity for taking initiative

The position is located in Skills in Healthcare in Hungary. Interested candidates must reside in Budapest or the surrounding areas. Sales experience is a mandatory requirement. A driver's license is necessary as the role involves field activities.
