The Key Account Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for sales target & to provide in-field products, applications and marketing support for our current and “next generation” range of HI, AS and PI..

This position is part of the Leica Biosystem located in Taipei, Taiwan and will be remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote pathology products, including diagnostic instruments, reagents, and software solutions for about 30% of his/her time
  • Manage the current distributors, co-visit with the distributor and try to close the case and handle product quality complaint of consumables and instruments as well as troubleshooting with high-standard service and timely responding to customers’ complaints to ensure total customer satisfaction (Service and QA) (End User & CP)
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers, showcasing the benefits of our pathology products and services.
  • Achieve Sales Target in Taiwan region through product promotions & sales activities through Channel Partner (CP)
  • Support Operations team to troubleshoot with local CP for logistics/ inventory management and follow normal Standard Work for warranty claim of instruments with CP, especially HI (Service) (CP & End User )

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry. Experience in pathology, laboratory equipment, or medical device sales is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of pathology products, laboratory diagnostics, and medical technologies.
  • Proven sales track record with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using SFDC, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
