We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining recruitment expertise with strong client relationship management.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a proven track record of managing client relationships, customer success, or account management. You'll work closely with both talent and clients, ensuring the right match and delivering a high-quality experience on both sides.
You must be able to work autonomously, communicate flawlessly in English, and be available during European business hours.
Source and attract top talent to grow our candidate database.
Evaluate (large volumes of) candidates through skills assessments, experience reviews, and cultural fit analysis.
Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs.
Improve our AI-powered screening process through structured feedback and insights.
Own the client relationship — ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent follow-up, proactive support, and performance updates.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple domains (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Data…).
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, such as account management or customer success, with a strong ability to build trust and deliver value.
Proven ability to evaluate candidates holistically, considering both skills and cultural fit.
Perfectly fluent in English. French or Spanish is a plus.
Highly autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Available to work during standard European business hours (CET ±1h).
