Job Title: Entry-Level Customer Service Call Center Agent

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Company: US Based BPO

Salary: R15,000 - R20,000 Per Month

Job Type: Full-time 


Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated multi-language speaking agents to join our customer service call center team. As an entry-level agent, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional service and support. If you are fluent in any of the following languages, we encourage you to apply:

  • Italian
  • Portuguese

  • Danish

Training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in your role.


Key Responsibilities
