We seek a proactive and skilled Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to lead initiatives that empower our attorneys to build thriving practices and drive the Scale brand. This role focuses on enabling attorney success through strategic marketing support, business development enablement, and collaboration. This person will be the go-to expert for practice success marketing, playing a pivotal role in delivering value to our attorneys.
A top priority is identifying a candidate with a proven track record of using or creating impactful practice success playbooks, templates, best practices, and training programs that have demonstrably helped attorneys expand their client base and grow their book of business.
This role will have marketing, business development, and practice success responsibilities and will be internally titled as Practice Success Manager.

Qualifications
Compensation:
The annualized base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 + eligibility for a performance bonus.
