Job description

At Scale LLP, we are building the first top-tier remote work law firm. Our mission is to transform the practice of law, and we're looking for marketing professionals eager to join us in this exciting journey!

We seek a proactive and skilled Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to lead initiatives that empower our attorneys to build thriving practices and drive the Scale brand. This role focuses on enabling attorney success through strategic marketing support, business development enablement, and collaboration. This person will be the go-to expert for practice success marketing, playing a pivotal role in delivering value to our attorneys.

A top priority is identifying a candidate with a proven track record of using or creating impactful practice success playbooks, templates, best practices, and training programs that have demonstrably helped attorneys expand their client base and grow their book of business.

This role will have marketing, business development, and practice success responsibilities and will be internally titled as Practice Success Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to help attorneys grow their client base.
  • Align business development efforts with company goals in collaboration with operations and recruiting.

2. Sales Enablement & Resource Development

  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources, templates, and training to support attorney business development.
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to enhance attorneys’ branding, marketing, and client acquisition.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new attorneys with tailored marketing and business development tools.
  • Create content and pitch presentations to support attorney business development.

3. Attorney Support & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary contact for attorneys needing marketing and business development support.
  • Coordinate with recruiting, marketing, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of practice success initiatives.

4. Marketing Execution & Brand Promotion

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to showcase attorney success stories and enhance Scale LLP’s brand.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars to support attorney practice growth.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketing and business development performance using analytics and CRM tools.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to improve business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or client success roles, preferably within professional services.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing top-notch product the first go-around.
  • Experience in creating sales enablement programs or supporting business development efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services marketing is a highly desirable, bringing valuable knowledge to the role

Compensation:

The annualized base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 + eligibility for a performance bonus.
