Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Define and execute a forward-thinking product strategy aligned with our company’s bold vision and growth goals, with a focus on Human Experience Management (HXM) for global workforce solutions and experience with global payroll.
Collaboration with Development Teams Partner with outsourced development teams to oversee the complete product lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative, high-quality features and functionalities.
HCM & Global Payroll Expertise Leverage your industry knowledge to drive strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs and compliance with global standards.
User Experience (UX) & Interface (UI) Design Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience by collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to transform customer insights into compelling design elements.
Workflow Documentation Develop and maintain comprehensive workflow documentation that clearly communicates business requirements to development teams, ensuring seamless execution.
Roadmap Development Convert complex business needs into a detailed, actionable product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver results.
