This individual will play a critical role in managing material flow, vendor coordination, and establishing efficient material processes at our manufacturing facility at San Jose, and Data centres worldwide. As we continue scaling with larger deals, we’re expanding our team to ensure we have robust supply chain support. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements, including blanket purchase agreements for long-term procurement stability.

  • Identify alternative suppliers to reduce risk and enhance flexibility in supply chain operations.

  • Implement systemic vendor performance tracking, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.

Material Flow & Process Optimization

  • Establish and optimize material flow processes at manufacturing facilities.

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of material transactions to prevent shortages and production disruptions.

  • Develop strategies to reduce inefficiencies and enhance the alignment of material and information flow.

Procurement Execution & Purchase Order Management

  • Oversee PO creation, pricing validation, and order tracking, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

  • Maintain data integrity in procurement transactions and vendor interactions.

  • Drive systemic improvements in material planning, including forecast sharing and demand alignment with vendors.

  • Ensure MRP-driven supply strategies are effectively implemented, shifting from reactive to proactive planning..

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key interface between supply chain, manufacturing, and vendor partners, ensuring operational alignment.

  • Provide clear, concise communication on material status, shortages, and escalations.

  • Train and guide internal teams on effective MRP utilization and supply planning principles.

You

  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement operations.

  • Strong understanding of demand planning, time-phased supply planning, and inventory control.

  • Experience managing MRP-driven supply strategies, not just transactional purchasing.
