About this role
Join our dynamic Supply team as an Assistant Account Manager and become an integral part of our supplier relationship management efforts. In this role, you'll gain first-hand experience working with our travel partners while developing your data analysis and business strategy skills. This position offers unique exposure to both the technical and relationship aspects of our business, with opportunities to directly contribute to business growth and partnership success from day one.
This is a full time remote position located in Spain, with strong preference for the Balearic and Canary Islands
What you'll be working onDevelop a comprehensive understanding of Super.com's supplier relationships, internal procedures, and partnership-building techniquesLeverage data analysis tools to identify supplier performance trends and growth opportunities that drive mutual successMonitor technical performance metrics including error rates, feed optimization, and up-time to ensure best-in-class service deliverySupport Account Managers in preparing supplier presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing client deliverables and timelinesRespond to client inquiries and manage expectations with increasing autonomy over timeIdentify growth/improvement opportunities and implement plans that meet internal business goals and supplier needsShadow senior team members to develop industry knowledge and build foundational skills in managing client relationshipsWho we're looking for1-3 years of full-time or internship experience in business strategy, partnership management, or data analysisDemonstrated internal curiosity and drive to learn about business optimization and partnership managementComfort with data analysis and basic spreadsheet functions (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables, Index/Match)Strong adaptability and ability to excel in ambiguous situationsSelf-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and go-getter attitude in a remote environmentExcellent summarization skills to highlight relevant insights and separate signal from noiseBusiness degree (College or University) preferredWe’ve got you covered
