Zonda is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to serve as Director, Growth Marketing and Data—a newly created, high-impact role for our B2B products. This person will drive multi-channel demand generation strategies, lead product marketing initiatives, and own the roadmap for audience data strategy. Working cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Technology, this leader will play a pivotal role in driving B2B pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and data-driven decision-making.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, webinars, social, paid media, and more to drive B2B revenue.
- Develop strategic marketing roadmap to support demand generation for Zonda’s B2B solutions.
- Align with Product and Sales to identify and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), define lead scoring criteria, and build effective nurture flows that convert leads to MQLs and SQLs.
- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, updates, and GTM initiatives.
- Lead the strategy for growing and optimizing Zonda’s B2B audience database.
- Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to support more personalized and effective campaigns, leveraging both first- and third-party data.
- Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, journey mapping, and segmentation.
- Define KPIs and create dashboards to track marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of marketers.
- Manage marketing budget across channels and initiatives.
- Embrace and champion the use of AI and marketing technologies to streamline workflows and increase performance.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, product marketing, and GTM strategy.
- Proven success in campaign development and execution across multiple channels.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management skills, able to guide projects and campaigns from end to end.
- Experience managing a team, with a track record of building talent and fostering growth.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4; hands-on experience turning insights into action.
- Experience with ESP and CDP is a plus.
- Polished with excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and executive presence.
- Problem-solver and results-driven, always taking the initiative to find solutions.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to set priorities while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, eager to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
