As a Lead Sales Advisor, you'll flex your leadership skills to help us develop an exceptional team of Sales Advisors, resulting in happy employees and delighted customers. Taking direction from your Sales Center Manager, you'll coach your peers, encourage best practices, and build world-class team performance. As the team grows, you’ll assist with initial training and onboarding to make sure we continue to deliver excellent service.
The right candidate for this role is a superstar Sales Advisor who leads by example, enjoys sharing their wisdom with teammates, and is interested in exploring a career in people management.
Your time will be spent on coaching and developing Sales Advisors (25–40%), inquiry and call audits for quality assurance (30–40%) and working inquiries and helping oversee the Support Queue (10–35%).
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Provide customer service and Support Queue guidance to your teammates; agents will depend on you for leadership, so be prepared to answer tough questions
Assist in training new Sales Advisors, ensuring they're ready before they “go live” to work with customers and the Queue on their own
Perform regular check-ins and coaching sessions at team and individual levels
With the help of your Support Center Manager, use data and metrics to spot trends, weaknesses, and strengths among the team
Shadow team members and combine your learnings with data/metrics to identify and address issues with team performance
Operate in Queue during peak or understaffed hours; maintain goal in all metrics; maintain working knowledge in all things Support Queue
Qualifications:
Real estate license required
6+ months of experience as a Redfin Sales Advisor required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Proven history of building relationships with clients and team members
Enjoys growing and developing others through mentoring
Demonstrates Redfin's core values at all times
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm PST
Travel required:
Up to 10%; additional travel may be required

Base Pay Range: $33.20 - 49.70. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
