Asure is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing intern. You will collaborate closely with our team to develop and execute marketing strategies, assist in content creation, and support ongoing campaigns. This internship offers a remote environment and flexible work schedule of 20+ hours per week. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in learning about sales and marketing strategies and will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and receive mentorship from experienced sales and marketing professionals. Successful completion of an internship with Asure will provide potential for future employment opportunities after graduation. 

How you will contribute 

·       Assist in the use of AI to create digital content, including social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.

·       Assist in the development of AI tools that will accelerate content development and campaign execution.

·       Assist in the project management, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, and promotions.

·       Help analyze marketing data (e.g., web analytics, campaign performance) and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

·       Supporting the sales team in executing their processes by helping with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

·       Assist with general administrative duties such as preparing reports, maintaining marketing databases, and updating marketing materials.

·       Working with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales efforts.

Qualifications 

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Prior experience and/or coursework in sales, marketing, business administration, is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
