Change.org is searching for a Staff Software Engineer (Growth Marketing). As a Staff Software Engineer in the Growth Marketing squad you will have the opportunity to build features in close partnership with other engineers, product managers, and product designers. Some of these projects include increasing the number of petitions through various experiments in addition to longer term foundational work in improving the page architecture around our homepage and “Start a Petition” page.

Our compensation philosophy is based on pay equity. All of our salaries are determined before we launch a role – they are based on a predetermined salary scale, the level on that scale and the cost of labor for that location.
