About the team

The Brokerage team at Paxos enables partners to offer seamless crypto trading and custody through a fully regulated, scalable platform. We power some of the largest fintechs and enterprises, allowing them to integrate crypto services without the complexity of building and managing their own infrastructure.

About the role

As the Product Lead for Brokerage, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for Paxos’ crypto brokerage business. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to build seamless, scalable, and regulatory-compliant crypto trading solutions for our enterprise clients. You’ll deeply understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and define a product roadmap that enhances our offering and strengthens our competitive position. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding product capabilities, optimizing liquidity and execution, and ensuring a world-class experience for partners and end users.

What you’ll do 

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Paxos’ crypto brokerage business, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive adoption, revenue growth, and operational success for Paxos’ offerings. Define success metrics and ensure alignment across technical, commercial, and regulatory teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Act as a thought leader in the crypto space, engaging with external partners, customers, and internal teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Ensure the highest standards of reliability, security, and compliance while delivering innovative crypto trading solutions at scale.

About you 

  • 12+ years in a Product Management role, ideally at a B2B software or fintech company
  • Proven experience leading product strategy for crypto trading, brokerage, or blockchain-based financial products.
  • Deep understanding of crypto market structure, including trading, liquidity, custody, and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and regulatory teams.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive action.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale products and grow revenue in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform payments and financial services.

Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:
$208,781$281,792 USD
