Through our game communities, we will create powerful connections and lasting memories. We will foster a culture of diversity, equity and belonging where together our diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds impact the games we make.

We are an early but mighty organization with a leadership team of game industry veterans. There are many opportunities for you to have a big impact on the products we'll be making as well as the overall direction of the company. If you're passionate about tackling difficult problems with direct and thoughtful communication and team first mentality, we may be the right place for you.

About the role

As a Senior Producer, you will play a key role in driving the success of complex game development projects. You will transform strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans while managing multiple workflows and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. As a proactive problem solver and decision-maker, you will tackle challenges with creativity and adaptability, ensuring smooth execution across disciplines. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will oversee critical project milestones, optimize processes, and create an environment where teams feel empowered to do their best work. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the production pipeline, guiding teams through ambiguity, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

What you’ll achieve

  • Drive the successful execution of multiple game development workflows, ensuring alignment across disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Lead sprint planning, milestone setting, and production schedules in collaboration with cross-functional leads.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and efficiency in decision-making.
  • Guide teams through ambiguity, enabling them to navigate complex challenges with confidence and adaptability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Support and mentor team members, helping to build a strong, motivated, and high-performing production team.
  • Drive process optimizations and project improvements to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 4+ years of experience as a Producer in a game development environment.
  • Strong experience working on both pre-production and live projects.
  • Deep expertise in game production methodologies, including agile development, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of game development principles, technologies, and tools, including gameplay mechanics, player experience, and game dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple workstreams, cross-functional dependencies, and shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to align teams and stakeholders effectively. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • A balanced individual capable of forging productive working relationships with a broad range of personality types and styles.
  • Experience in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks throughout the game production lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, delegate, and inspire teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, combined with the capacity to build productive relationships across diverse personality types and work styles.
