Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, service features, and technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service offerings.
  • Stay informed about trends in music and podcasting to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital media or entertainment environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
