🎓 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a top 30 U.S. university. Current master’s students are also encouraged to apply, with a strong preference for Ivy League alumni / top 20 universities.

✅ Seeking candidates with backgrounds in Speech and Debate, Coding, Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, Enhancing soft skills and U.S./U.K. Admissions

✅ Currently seeking candidates based internationally. Individuals who are bilingual Japanese/English and/or Mandarin/English a plus.

These roles will be done remotely working with students based around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Working closely with a variety of students based across the world - including the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe
  • Conducting formal sessions with students on a frequent ongoing basis
  • Using curriculum knowledge to deliver high-quality academic mentoring to Crimson students in a particular subject
  • Preparing students for and strengthening base concepts in order to improve performance
  • Maintaining reasonable levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Tutors with extensive 1:1 tutoring experience in above areas
  • You have at least 10 hours of availability to tutor each week
  • Educational expertise, ideally for students aged 11-14. Sometimes younger.
  • You’ve got excellent High School and University grades (95th percentile or above)
  • You’re passionate about education and enjoy teaching - ideally you’ve even got some experience mentoring students already!
  • You’re detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
  • You’ve got fantastic verbal and written communication skills. Engaging, enthusiastic and approachable.
