The Midmarket division provides payroll and HR solutions to Belgian organisations (both public and private) employing more than 100 employees. SD Worx is the market leader in this market segment, thanks to its innovative products and comprehensive, tailor-made services.
Within this division you will find the Implementation unit. This unit focuses on designing, developing, implementing and maintaining HR solutions for medium-sized and large companies. SD Worx is a leader in the field of HR software to support the various HR processes.
To support further growth, we are looking for an HR Software consultant who will be responsible for the successful implementation of eBlox HR, a software product developed by SD Worx.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Varied consultancy assignments in projects at our customers
- Analysing existing HR processes at customers with, if necessary, advice towards process optimisation
- Perform functional analyses at the customer (match between processes and software)
- Implementing eBlox HR (software) according to best-practice principles and possibilities of the software, more specifically within the domains Core HR Admin, Time Management, Comp & Ben, Performance management, Talent management, Learning & Development,...
- Project-based working within your responsibilities
- Monitoring and controlling the project budget and status, always ensuring that profitable projects are realised
- Building up a relationship of trust with the customer and being alert to additional needs
- Following trends and developments in the field of HR
We expect from a consultant that you:
- Can look back on experience with the implementation of (HR) software
- Have a strong affinity with software and IT
- Have experience with HR processes and HR Software
- Are a team player but can also work autonomously and organised
- Take initiative and responsibility within your role
- Hands-on, eager to learn and stress-resistant
- Have a good knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus
- Can work project-based and think process-based
- Are innovative and creative with a distinct business focus;
- Be commercially driven and strive for maximum customer satisfaction.
