We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to drive long-term partnerships and increase project revenue. In this role, you will manage 30–40 partners, ensuring their success and growth while working with warm leads and onboarding new partners

Our mission is to help people overcome loneliness and boredom by creating a space for real-time interaction and positive emotions. In this role, you will

Gather, analyze, and prioritize partner feedback to inform product and support teams
Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve partner issues efficiently
Keep partners updated on company developments and key changes
Stay on top of industry trends and implement market-driven strategies
It’s all about you
Proficient in English (B2+) with strong communication skills
1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Results-driven, client-focused approach
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
Would be a plus
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
Experience with CRM tools
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude
