An experienced HR & Payroll Operations Associate to shape and manage HR and payroll operations for our clients' employees in Taiwan.

You'll play a key role in building and scaling Taiwan operations. If you're a go-getter with strong HR and payroll expertise, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure accuracy in payroll disbursements while complying with Taiwan's labor laws.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, achieving zero delays or errors.

Resolve employee and client escalations within defined SLAs.

Oversee HRMS data management to maintain flawless record integrity.

Collaborate with clients on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and performance reviews.

Develop and refine SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

在 規定的服務水平協議 (SLA) 內，處理 員工與客戶的問題與糾紛。

與客戶協作，處理 人資相關事務，如 解僱、離職及績效評估。

開發並優化標準作業流程 (SOP)，提升運營效率與可擴展性。

Who We Are Looking For

中英文流利，能夠有效管理 客戶與員工溝通。

具備 HRMS 及薪資管理系統的使用經驗。
