Position Summary:
As the Strategic Alliances Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key integrated partners to drive revenue growth and ensure the success of strategic collaborations. You will collaborate closely with both existing and new partners to maximize the value of these relationships. Your focus will be on expanding revenue share, identifying new partnership opportunities, and overseeing the growth of partner-driven revenue streams. You will also be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and long-term goals.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key integrated partners to drive mutual value.
Ensure the growth of existing partner revenue streams and identify opportunities for expanding the partnership ecosystem.
Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
2. Strategic Partnership Growth:
Identify new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s goals and growth strategies.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to generate new revenue streams.
Manage contract negotiations, pricing models, and terms to drive favorable outcomes for both the company and partners.
3. Partner Enablement and Support:
Work with the product and marketing teams to create resources, training, and enablement programs that support partner success.
Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring that they have the tools, resources, and strategies to succeed in selling and implementing the company’s solutions.
4. Revenue and Performance Metrics:
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, ensuring that revenue growth targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor and report on partner performance, proactively addressing challenges or opportunities for improvement.
Develop quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for partner channels, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Analyze the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities within the partnership ecosystem.
Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies that could influence strategic partnership opportunities.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of partnership strategies with company objectives.
Advocate for partner needs and opportunities within internal company discussions, ensuring the organization’s efforts support long-term partnership success.
Job Qualifications:
• Experience:
3+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships or business development role, ideally within the software or tech industry.
Proven track record of growing revenue through strategic partnerships and managing complex partner relationships.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Skills:
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to assess partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of pricing models, contracts, and revenue share structures.
• Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with software solutions, SaaS products, and partner ecosystems.
Ability to grasp technical product concepts and communicate them effectively to partners.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (required).
• College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related equivalent work experience.
