Experience Requirements:

NetSuite Experience:
- Proficiency in NetSuite, preferably at an intermediate to advanced level.
Team Leadership Experience:
- Proven track record of leading teams, preferably with experience managing medium to large-sized teams.
LATAM Client Experience:
- Significant experience working with clients across LATAM.

Additional Skills and Competencies:

Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional project management.
Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with professional services.
Proficiency in managing metrics and SLAs.
PMI PMP certification is desirable.
Strong leadership skills.
