Job description

 
Summary

The Accounts team is responsible for managing both personal and business data, such as general information, addresses, emails, identification documents, and phone numbers. Additionally, the team focuses on enhancing the customer experience on the platform by creating new accounts and migrating existing ones. They ensure all information is current and that account management processes are efficient and effective, providing an optimized user experience.

What you'll do
  • Hiring and developing technical personnel by conducting periodic 1:1 sessions and providing regular feedback;
  • Knowledge of their own scope, knowing the Deep-Level overview of their products and goals inside the team;
  • Delegating work and assignments to team members;
  • Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems;
  • Analyzing users’ needs and then finding applications to serve them;
  • Creating end goals for their team;
  • Checking that software and applications are updated;
  • Supervising system modifications;
  • Conducting a risk analysis to identify areas of improvement;
  • Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges;
  • Monitor their team service's OPS;
  • Guarantee their teamwork follows high-standards development processes, including PR reviews, code quality, test coverage, robustness, resilience, performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness;
Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • C1 English (Advanced)

Technical Skills:

  • 2 years of experience leading a team and building processes;
  • Hands-on experience with Java or Golang; Relational DBs;
  • Previous experience with Software Architecture, microservices, AWS, CI/CD;
  • Be accustomed to working with large-scale/high-throughput and mission-critical services;
  • Understand SRE/DevOps, Quality, and Security concepts;
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial industry;
    Experience with BigData tools, such as Spark and Databricks or AWS EMR.
