Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or in an online marketplace is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
