Systems Engineer (VMware Aria Automation, IaC, Windows Administration) LATAM

Location: LATAM only (Remote)
Work Hours: Central Time (CT)
English Level: B2+ or C1

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with expertise in VMware Aria Automation, Windows Administration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation solutions and infrastructure management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize VMware Aria Automation systems.
Administer and maintain Windows environments in an enterprise setting.
Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud and virtualization infrastructure.
Work Central Time (CT) business hours to support global operations.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with VMware Aria Automation.
Strong background in Windows Administration.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation capabilities.
Linux Administration experience.
Familiarity with VMware Aria Orchestrator.
Experience managing VMware ESX infrastructure.
