Job Duties:

• Responsible for gathering data for problem analysis, including interviews of relevant personnel.
• Analyzes documents, files, reports, and other application related workflows.
• Prepares flow charts, system test plan, reports, and upgrade requirements.
• Documents existing procedures, change control process, and other operating characteristics.
• Assist with preparation of project requirements documents and design specifications, including implementation analysis.
• Provides input into project plans.
• Designs new or improved systems, including reports.
• Assists with the preparation of requests for proposals and analysis of vendor proposals.
• Recommends system enhancements to provide continuing efficiencies to the end user.
• Responsible for preparing training materials and provides training for users and operations personnel..
• Assists with planning, testing, and documenting application upgrades.
• Assists in the development of user, systems, and operations documentation.
• Assists in the preparation of department policies, procedures, and standards.
