We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be critical in prospecting, nurturing, and converting potential clients into loyal customers.

 

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving conversions. You will play a crucial role in our business growth by developing relationships with prospects and guiding them through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, industry events, etc.

  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with inbound leads, educate them about our solutions, and maintain ongoing communication.

  • Sales Conversion: Conduct product demonstrations, understand client needs, and close sales effectively while ensuring client expectations are set properly.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our Sales Pipeline.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Follow-Ups: Stay in touch with prospects and past leads to keep them engaged and ready to convert.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

  • Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
     

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.

  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and establish rapport with potential clients.

  • Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and closing deals.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with website development concepts and a strong grasp of what makes a localized SMB (our target cleint) successful with their website and digital marketing.

  • Understanding of PPC, SMM, SEO and lead generation strategies.

A Successful Sales Executive will:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goal of 10 new clients per month ($3.5k in new MRR), with at least 50% coming from outbound sales initiatives.

  • Have a full understanding of 97Display’s offerings and communicate that clearly to new clients.

  • Consult clients to ensure that they succeed with marketing their business.

  • Communicate well with On-boarding/Build team to ensure the client has an outstanding experience.

  • Be self-motivated to exceed their monthly goals and grow the company.

A Poor Sales Executive will:

  • Fall below their monthly sales goals multiple times within a certain amount of time.

  • Miscommunications with clients and team members.

  • Not document correctly in the sales CRM.

  • Lack understanding of 97 Display Products.

  • Not set correct expectations of new client on-boarding.
