About the Role


Roar Apex is on the lookout for a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, experiment-driven, and focused on optimizing performance across various marketing channels to fuel business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain customers effectively.
  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Implement and manage SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Plan and execute email marketing and automation campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Leverage data analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments to enhance marketing performance.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage landing pages and growth funnels to drive engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate marketing strategies.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and funnel optimization.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
