Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Growth Manager with expertise in Amazon, eBay, and dropshipping to drive growth and optimize our multi-channel e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for the integration, optimization, and performance enhancement of all e-commerce sales channels, ensuring maximum lead generation, traction, and ROI. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, PPC campaigns, listing optimization, and e-commerce automation while being data-driven, strategic, and ROI-focused

Must Haves

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field from IBA / IoBM / LUMS (Pakistan) with at least an MBA degree 
  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon, eBay, and dropshipping operations
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and dropshipping automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, eBay Ads, and other marketplace advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools & integrations (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Shopify, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SEO for product listings, keyword strategies, and marketplace algorithms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Tech-savvy and automation-focused to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Marketplace Management (Amazon, eBay, Dropshipping):

  • Oversee and integrate all e-commerce channels, including Amazon, eBay, and dropshipping platforms.
  • Manage product listings, SEO optimization, A+ content, and keyword strategies to enhance visibility and ranking.
  • Optimize pricing, inventory, and fulfillment strategies for all sales channels.
  • Ensure proper product categorization, branding, and customer experience consistency across all marketplaces.

Sales & Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales and revenue across platforms.
  • Leverage Amazon PPC, eBay promotions, and dropshipping advertising to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new product opportunities and market trends to expand product offerings.
  • Analyze sales trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to adjust growth tactics.

E-Commerce Performance Marketing & Conversion Optimization:

  • Manage Amazon Ads, eBay Ads, and third-party e-commerce advertising to drive targeted traffic.
  • Optimize storefronts, product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies for higher conversion rates.
  • Track and report on ROI, ACoS, TACoS, and key performance metrics across platforms.

Dropshipping & Automation:

  • Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for dropshipping operations.
  • Implement automation tools for order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure efficient logistics and fulfillment solutions to reduce lead times and costs.

Integration & Omnichannel Growth Strategy:

  • Seamlessly integrate e-commerce platforms with the companys CRM, ERP, and analytics tools.
  • Develop a cohesive omnichannel strategy to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Optimize multi-channel inventory and supply chain management for efficiency.

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, sales performance, and market trends to enhance growth strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for listings, pricing, and ad campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce policies, marketplace trends, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Night Shift)
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
