As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with mid-sized businesses, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will leverage a consultative approach to uncover customer needs, align solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple deals in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing mid-market accounts.
Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, sales activity, and forecasting.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive positioning.

You have deep experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B environments.

Qualifications
4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated ability to manage mid-market sales cycles and exceed revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value for customers.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
