About The Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with mid-sized businesses, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will leverage a consultative approach to uncover customer needs, align solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple deals in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing mid-market accounts.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to address customer pain points and business objectives.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, sales activity, and forecasting.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive positioning.

About You

  • You have a founder mode mindset, with experience building and scaling products or companies from zero to one.
  • You have deep experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • You have experience recruiting and leading teams, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on results and innovation.
  • You know how to drive execution, delivering results quickly while balancing long-term goals and sustainability.
  • You're going to work long days to ensure the success of your vertical and will not give up.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage mid-market sales cycles and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value for customers.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
