Job Title: Remote Podcast Manager (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,500 - 2,500 USD/month


Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm MST with 1hr lunch break

The podcast features in-depth interviews, actionable insights, and expert strategies designed to assist entrepreneurs in building profitable, systematized, and scalable companies.

Hosted by a founder who is publicly documenting their journey of building multiple seven-figure local service businesses, they are committed to helping 10,000 entrepreneurs establish and grow seven-figure local service businesses by 2030. Operating on a sponsorship and affiliate partnership model, our client has already secured partnerships with leading software platforms and agencies. They believe the podcast has the potential to generate over $100,000 per month in revenue, exceeding $1 million annually, and they are seeking a world-class Podcast Growth & Monetization Director to realize this vision.

We are seeking an elite Podcast Manager who has already scaled a podcast to $100K/month in podcast sponsorships and knows what it takes to dominate the charts, grow an audience, and monetize a show at a high level.

You will be responsible for growth, marketing, operations, and monetization of the podcast, ensuring we reach 100,000+ downloads per month and generate six figures in monthly revenue through sponsorships, premium content, and strategic partnerships.


Responsibilities:

Growth & Audience Development:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to significantly increase podcast downloads.
  • Enhance discoverability through SEO optimization, metadata management, show notes improvement, and strategic distribution across platforms.
  • Utilize organic and paid growth channels, including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, email marketing, and podcast aggregators.
  • Implement referral and influencer marketing campaigns to expand audience reach.
  • Secure major media features and collaborations with prominent podcasts.

Content & Production Oversight:

  • Ensure high-quality content by managing episode planning, structure, and production workflows.
  • Oversee the creation of show notes, timestamps, and repurposed content to maximize reach.
  • Collaborate with editors, writers, and social media teams to produce viral podcast clips.
  • Optimize YouTube growth through video podcast strategy, thumbnail design, and YouTube SEO.

Monetization & Sponsorships:

  • Own the revenue strategy to scale podcast monetization to $100,000 per month.
  • Source, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals with high-value brands.
  • Develop premium content and subscription models, such as Patreon, courses, and memberships.
  • Build and monetize strategic partnerships with influencers and industry leaders.
  • Manage podcast advertising and programmatic ad insertions.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Track and analyze key podcast metrics, including downloads, listener retention, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of growth strategies, content formats, and marketing experiments.
  • Provide regular growth reports and insights to optimize performance.
