Founded by HR professionals, Businessolver's unwavering service-oriented culture and secure SaaS platform provide measurable success in its mission to provide complete client delight.

We are looking for Revenue Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team as we help grow Businessolver’s business, support our sales process and generate pipeline.

Our team is looking for someone who is a born marketer, with a solid background in marketing coordination, demand generation, and sales support. The ideal candidate will know how to work collaboratively and quickly, while effectively managing priorities to support B2B sales efforts. If this position is for you, you know how to project manage, think creatively, be a team player, and contribute cross-functionally. Most importantly, you have a passion for marketing and a desire to be a part of a team that drives business growth. To effectively support the Revenue Marketing Manager and team, you will need to be a self-starter that can tackle the day-to-day of getting things done while also learning to think strategically and continuing to elevate within the organization. If you have the whole package, we have a place for you.

The Gig:

  • First and foremost, bring ideas to the table. We heart trying new things!
  • Execute and organize pre-funnel campaigns, programs, and events.
  • Drive and create ongoing engagement strategies for the pre-funnel space.
  • Own the content delivery and strategy across multiple channels that resonate with channel partners or prospects to create brand awareness, engagement, and intent.
  • Lead the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns and business opportunities and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape
  • Manage and execute our key channel partner engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Create content to nurture leads and create opportunities.
  • Develop and execute data-driven lead nurture strategies across multiple channels.
  • Forecast, measure and report on campaigns and programs, including data/reporting to measure prospect, channel partner, and client efforts.
  • Contribute to ongoing pipeline build efforts and enable client retention and advocacy.

What you need to make the cut:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2-3+ years of marketing experience, ideally B2B experience
  • Basic knowledge of our key Martech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft (or a similar platform), and HubSpot (basic Ceros knowledge a strong advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills - an ability to work effectively with different people within an organization (technical, sales, executives)
  • Creative problem-solver who can execute with detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $48K to 75K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
