Project Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Manager who can navigate complex client contexts and drive projects to successful completion. While the core focus of this role is project management, we value individuals who can think from a product perspective—helping clients shape their ideas and ensuring that development aligns with business goals. You don’t need to be an expert in product ownership, but a natural curiosity and product-oriented mindset will be a great asset.

Embracing an Agile approach is key—it’s not just about following processes but about adjusting them to suit the unique needs of each client, product, and team. You will serve as the key liaison between our clients and development teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear priorities, and timely project delivery.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations, define project goals, and translate them into actionable plans.


• Develop and oversee project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.


• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and cost parameters.


• Maintain transparency with regular progress and financial reporting to the client.


• Facilitate communication and manage expectations between stakeholders and development teams.


• Ensure smooth execution of Agile processes tailored to each project's needs, with a focus on quick feedback loops.

Product-Oriented Thinking:

• Help clients refine their ideas by aligning development efforts with business goals.


• Support backlog prioritization.


• Ensure delivered features align with agreed project scope and overall product vision.


• Drive iterative delivery by ensuring regular releases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within a software development environment.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Agile mindset and understanding of methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.


• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, or similar.


• Basic understanding of software development processes and technology stacks commonly used in building marketplaces, SaaS, and AI products.


• Ability to identify value and opportunities for clients while maintaining a Lean approach to budgeting and scope.


• Fluent English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with startups and scale-ups is a significant advantage.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines. While we prefer and strive for minimizing context switching, working on 2-3 projects simultaneously is a possibility.


• Scrum Master experience:


• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.


• Facilitate necessary Agile ceremonies to ensure clarity, keep everyone focused, drive results, and maintain team engagement and morale.


• Coach teams on Agile best practices to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Engage with exciting, innovative projects for startups and scale-ups worldwide. Every few months, broaden your experience with new solutions, industries, and markets.
