Media Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Media Associate for an ASAP contract opportunity. This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team and handle all traditional/digital media billing across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all traditional and digital media billing for 15 clients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of media invoices using Strata
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of all billing activities
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team

• Proficiency in Strata for media billing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in media billing or related field
• Familiarity with both traditional and digital media platforms
• Flexibility with working hours, availability for 20 hours/week
