HR Advisor (Hybrid)
0.8-1.0 Full time, Ultrecht, Netherlands
In this role, you will handle a variety of human resources tasks. No two days are alike!
You will work as local HR expert on different tasks where you support employees and management (mostly) based in the Netherlands.

As an HR Advisor, you will
Be a local point of contact for employees and teamleads based in The Netherlandsfor HR related requests and questions.
You will also be a local point of contact for managers abroad.
Be responsible for benefits administration, HR policies, legal compliance, and the coordination of visa and 30% facility applications for international hires.
Act as case manager and prevention officer for The Netherlands. E.g conduct workplace visits, send out a monthly newsletters... etc.
Support the international HRBPs and managers abroad with employee relations and performance management.
Participate in HR related projects, such as onboarding of new employees, cooperation with universities, and organizing office events to boost engagement.
You are the point of contact for OpenUp and you develop creative ideas to raise awareness of it in the Benelux region
Work with international members from the People & Culture team to provide guidance on employment conditions in the Netherlands and support decision-making in line with local laws and regulations.
On a regular basis, you work at a client's site or at a pop-up office in the Netherlands
About You
Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, leadership development
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
Proficient in HR Systems preferably SuccessFactors (SAP)
Knowledge and experience in Dutch labor law
