Junior Business Controller (Remote)

Full-time, Czech Republic, Spain, Poland

As a Junior Business Controller, you will

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by management
• Work on temporary projects like aligning the financial reporting between countries
• Get the chance to start improvement projects where you identify areas where there is room for progress
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Participate in special projects as assigned
  
  

About You

• Degree in Economics with a preferred focus on Controlling or Accounting or equivalent experience
• Previous hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with a focus on controlling, financial analysis, or related areas
• Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and local GAAP)
• Strong command of spoken and written English, German language a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at various levels
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional business environment
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
