Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
  • Expertise in product marketing and/or customer facing field engineering teams in enterprise SaaS companies
  • Must have working experience and knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (Example: Terraform, Gitlab CI/CD) and Security
  • Must have working experience and knowledge of container platforms ( Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift)
  • Working experience and knowledge of compliance is a plus (PCI, SOC 2 etc.)
  • Familiarity with CNCF ecosystem tools and technologies (Prometheus, CNI, CSI, GitOps) Responsibilities:
  • Be a top-notch technical product marketeer for the responsible products
  • Drive the product strategy, positioning, and content strategy by closely working with customers, partners and the development teams
  • Deep understanding of customer use cases, market analysis, and business case development
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, documentation, product management, sales, professional services & support to create compelling content
  • Define, prioritize, and execute on partner integrations and joint solutions
  • Support field team's enablement, content development and sales activities as the subject matter expert
