The Role

What You'll Do
Sales & Account Development
Work directly with clients to understand their audience needs and collaborate with sales teams to tailor audience solutions, provide pricing and feasibility, and ensure seamless execution of projects
Support the sales process by preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, generate insertion orders, and track pipeline activity
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advertising technology to effectively communicate the value of RevOptimal’s solutions and drive new opportunities
Customer Success
Serve as a key support resource for clients, managing inbound requests, tracking campaign details, and ensuring smooth execution of audience solutions
Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, monitoring campaign performance, and proactively identifying optimization opportunities
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive client ROI
Serve as a product expert, educating clients on RevOptimal’s value proposition while capturing client feedback to inform internal teams on product improvements and market needs

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Experience in Adtech or Advertising is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in digital advertising, data-driven marketing, and audience targeting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM management; experience with HubSpot is a plus
