About Our Client

A U.S.-based legal services/law firm specializing in immigration solutions for workforces. They help businesses navigate complex immigration processes and compliance requirements, offering tailored solutions for both employers and employees and advocating for immigrants' rights.

They are looking for a Copywriter & Research Specialist to create engaging and informative content across all their platforms. This role will support content development and ensure SEO optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal, cultural, and industry-specific content development, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. The role reports directly to the Sr. Brand Manager and is fully remote.

If you have experience in legal content creation, research, and a passion for immigration issues solutions—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Strategy

  • Write clear, concise, and emotionally compelling content related to immigration law, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Create and manage SEO-driven content, including blogs, white papers, website landing pages, client FAQs, press releases, brochures, and thought leadership articles.
  • Develop content that supports case studies, legal insights, industry best practices, and trending topics in immigration law.
  • Craft engaging social media captions, video scripts, and educational materials to inform and empower our audience.

Research & SEO Optimization

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on evolving immigration policies, humanitarian visas (VAWA, T, U), family petitions, and employment-based visas.
  • Implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, domain authority tracking, and content structuring for high web traffic and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize user engagement, conversion rates, and search rankings.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with attorneys, case managers, brand strategists, and digital media teams to develop fact-based, legally sound content.
  • Coordinate with multimedia, creative, and social teams to align messaging across different platforms.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and manage content projects using project management tools such as AirTable, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or AirTable.
  • Ensure all content meets compliance and ethical guidelines relevant to immigration law.
