About Our Client:

We're partnering with a rapidly expanding RevOps consulting agency that specializes in guiding early-stage B2B SaaS companies through the scaling process, from $1M to $20M+ in revenue. They are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to ensure their clients' Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes are primed for success.

Job Summary:

As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's projects by scoping, planning, and executing configurations, integrations, and automations. You will collaborate closely with their team to deliver exceptional results for B2B SaaS clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Work Scoping & Execution: Collaborate with the team to define project objectives, develop project plans, and outline deliverables for client engagements.
  • CRM Configuration & Optimization:
    • Configure and optimize workflows, custom properties, pipelines, reports, dashboards, and automations.
    • Optimize CRM to serve as the central platform for managing outbound and inbound GTM processes.
  • Tool Integrations:
    • Integrate CRM with tools such as SmartLead and Apollo to enhance sales and marketing alignment.
    • Address integration challenges and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
  • Automation & Reporting:
    • Develop and refine automations to streamline lead routing, nurturing, and sales processes.
    • Create reports and dashboards to track performance and provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Maintain up-to-date project plans, timelines, and task progress in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CRM administrator, specialist, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing workflows, automation, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience integrating CRM with outbound tools like SmartLead and Apollo.
  • Ability to effectively scope projects, break them down into actionable tasks, and meet deadlines while working directly with clients.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with other sales and marketing tools, such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with advanced HubSpot features, including custom-coded actions or operations hubs.
  • Basic API coding experience.
  • Knowledge of GTM strategies and RevOps best practices for scaling B2B SaaS companies.
