The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring the highest standards of guest services and customer relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Duties
Supervise and train Guest Service Agents and Tour Guides.
Ensure accurate processing of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate onsite experiences and group activities with the Front Office team, Reservations, and Food & Beverage departments.
Maintain effective communication with all resort departments.
Conduct daily monitoring and reconciliation of accounts.
Manage relationships with key external suppliers.
Oversee reservations and ensure correct procedures are followed.
Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews for front office staff.
Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in a resort front office management role
Experience leading and developing Teams
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team
Superior organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly proficient in Excel
Proficient experience in RMS
Night audit function experience
Flexibility to be on call for the specified number of nights
Previous experience working remotely advantageous
