Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record in IT outsourcing, staffing, or talent on demand services. This role requires a highly motivated individual with an existing strong sales network in the IT hiring/recruitment space, capable of immediately driving sales and revenue growth. Candidates based in the USA will be given preference, but we are also open to strong candidates in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive immediate revenue growth.
Leverage your existing network to secure new clients and establish strong, long-term relationships.
Identify and penetrate mid-sized to large enterprises looking for Talent on Demand solutions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Prospect, pitch, and close deals with hiring managers, HR teams, and procurement heads of companies needing specialized IT talent.
Maintain and grow relationships with C-suite executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and customize UpTechs Talent on Demand solutions to meet their demands.
Strategic Sales Leadership
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Drive partnerships, negotiations, and strategic alliances with key industry players.
Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Market Expansion & Business Growth
Explore new markets and industries to expand UpTechs Talent on Demand footprint.
Stay ahead of industry trends and provide market intelligence to refine sales strategies.
Drive brand visibility and networking efforts through industry events, forums, and online engagements.
Requirements
Proven IT Sales Expertise 10+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, staffing, or Talent on Demand sales.
Immediate Sales Network Strong existing connections with hiring managers, decision-makers, and HR leaders in companies requiring IT talent.
Track Record of Sales Success Demonstrated ability to acquire and close high-value deals quickly.
Solution Selling Expertise Experience in selling contract-based IT staffing, offshore development teams, or managed IT services.
Hunter Mentality Ability to proactively identify opportunities, open doors, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills Proven ability to engage enterprise clients and secure lucrative contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
Based in the USA (preferred) or Europe with strong connections in the US IT market.
Experience in selling contract-based, nearshore/offshore IT talent solutions.
Prior experience working with US or global markets in the IT staffing or outsourcing sector.
Familiarity with AI-driven hiring platforms and digital recruitment technologies.
